Our spa is a safe and inclusive space for people of all backgrounds to feel cared for, welcomed, and seen. Every treatment is delivered with intention by our skilled team, and your experience is curated with warmth, respect, and attention to detail.

Your Private Spa Party Includes:

• Exclusive use of the spa for the full duration of your party

• A warm welcome with herbal tea, infused water, and chocolates

• Use of spa robes, slippers, and our calming lounge space

• Space for you to set up non-alcoholic beverages or light fare (alcohol is not permitted under BC liquor laws)

• Optional catering add-on available through our local partner

• A dedicated on-site coordinator to ensure your experience is seamless and supported from start to finish

Pricing Structure

We offer a flexible two-part pricing model:

1. Private Spa Rental

To reserve the entire spa exclusively for your group, a $100/hour rental fee applies. This ensures complete privacy and personalized service.

2. Per-Guest Services

Each guest may choose from our menu of spa services at standard rates—facials, massage, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and more. We’ll help you create the perfect flow based on your group size and timing.

3. Gratuity & Deposit

• An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to your final invoice.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party.

Booking & Availability

Appointments are subject to availability, and private spa parties are only offered when the spa is not in use by other guests. We recommend booking one to two months in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for personalized planning.

While we will always do our best to accommodate your group’s needs, last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated due to staff scheduling and treatment planning. Additional charges may apply for private bookings, customizations, or adjustments. Please speak with our Events Coordinator for complete details.

Cancellation Policy

To support our team and respect our scheduling commitments:

• The party organizer will be contacted one week prior to confirm all details.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the event.
